Refunds/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase
under the following conditions:
- The perfume has not been used more than 1ml (around 10 sprays).
- The refund/exchange reason is due to the perfume not matching your scent preference, a
sprayer issue, or the bottle being leaked, damaged, or stained.

Our team will review your request and coordinate the process, which may take up to 7
business days.
Note:
Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be paid by the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and box.
