At Devoir Fragrances, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligible Conditions for Return
Return and refund requests are accepted within 15 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The perfume must not have been used beyond 1 ml (approximately 10 sprays).
- You are not satisfied with the scent preference / fragrance profile.
- The fragrance bottle is leaked, damaged, or stained upon delivery.
- The spray mechanism / sprayer is faulty or defective.
Important Exception: Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or during clearance events are final sale and strictly non-refundable / non-returnable.
How to Request a Return & Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us with your Order Details, Reason for Return, and Clear Pictures/Videos of the product using either of the following channels:

Once we receive your request and details, our team will inspect the case. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to review, process, and coordinate the return approval with you.
Important Note
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
- The product must be returned in its original box and packaging.
